Madera Municipal Airport (IATA: MAE, ICAO: KMAE, FAA LID: MAE) is a city-owned public-use airport located three nautical miles (3.5 mi, 5.6 km) northwest of the central business district of Madera, a city in Madera County, California, United States.[1] It is included in the FAA's National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2011–2015, which categorized it as a general aviation facility.[2]
Madera Municipal Airport covers an area of 524 acres (212 ha) at an elevation of 255 feet (78 m) above mean sea level. It has two asphalt paved runways: 12/30 is 5,545 by 150 feet (1,690 x 46 m) and 7/25 is 3,702 by 150 feet (1,128 x 46 m).[1]
